Warning of the risk of heavy rain (>80mm/3h). From the night of November 24, heavy rain in the Central region will tend to decrease.
According to hydrometeorological experts, currently, floods on the Krong Ana River, Dong Nai River, Ba River (Dak Lak), Dinh Ninh Hoa River (Khanh Hoa) are receding. At 1:00 a.m. on November 22, the water levels on the rivers were as follows: Ba River at Cung Son station was 31.70m (0.30m below BĐ2), at Phu Lam station 1.67m (0.03m below BĐ1); Dinh Ninh Hoa River (Khanh Hoa) at Ninh Hoa station was 6m (0.3m above BĐ3); Krong Ana River at Giang Son station was 426.30m (2.30m above BĐ3); Dong Nai River at Ta Lai station was 112.74m (0.26m below BĐ3).
It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, flood on Krong Ana river will continue to decrease and be above level 3, Dong Nai river will continue to decrease and be above level 2.
Flooding is still occurring in provinces/cities from Dak Lak to Khanh Hoa . There is a risk of flash floods on rivers and streams and landslides on slopes in provinces/cities from Dak Lak to Khanh Hoa.
