After 6 months of launching, the contest attracted nearly 270 works submitted by students of art and design schools nationwide and young artists and art lovers between the ages of 18 and 30.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Xuan Kieu, Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, Head of the organizing committee of the contest, shared: "The works have conveyed spiritual values and messages about Quoc Tu Giam, the first national school of the country, where Vietnamese moral values were nurtured. Also through this contest, from those spread values, we can arouse and nurture the love for heritage of the young generation. "We hope that the success of the contest will become a premise, a basis for creating strong inspiration so that in 2026, on the occasion of the 950th anniversary of the founding of Quoc Tu Giam, we will have a larger-scale painting contest, with better quality works in both content and form."

The entries show a diversity of perspectives, stories, ideas and expressive materials, focusing on the theme of the architectural images of the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam such as the Temple of Literature Gate, Khue Van Cac, the Doctorate Stele House, and typical motifs such as sword heads, dragons, phoenixes, turtles, etc. Thereby, the flow of history and culture is vividly recreated under the youthful and creative perspective of today's generation.

The jury, consisting of experts in the fields of culture, fine arts, architecture, and sculpture, conducted two rounds of serious and impartial judging to ensure objectivity and fairness. As a result, the jury selected 18 best works to award prizes and exhibited 80 works selected for the final round. The exhibition lasted until December 7.
