Four wards launched a campaign to support people affected by floods

On the morning of November 22, the wards of Dong Da, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, Kim Lien and O Cho Dua simultaneously launched a campaign to support people severely affected by floods.

This activity demonstrates the high sense of responsibility of local authorities in social security and emergency relief work.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Dong Da, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, Kim Lien and O Cho Dua wards coordinated with the Party Committees at the same level to attend the online launching ceremony organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city at 7:30 a.m.

Immediately after that, the units urgently mobilized cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the Party Committee-People's Council-People's Committee and agencies and units in the area.

With the spirit of mutual love and support, in a short time, cadres, party members, civil servants, residential areas and people of O Cho Dua ward initially supported 130 million VND; Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward reached more than 53 million VND; Kim Lien ward reached 40 million VND; Dong Da ward reached more than 51 million VND. Previously, Dong Da ward supported the first phase of 2 billion 530 million VND.

Wards continue to launch campaigns in residential groups, agencies and units in the ward. All mobilization and reception activities will be carried out publicly and transparently to ensure resources reach flood victims in a timely and proper manner.
