On November 23, the 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival in Hanoi welcomed special guests: Ms. Ngo Phuong Ly - Wife of General Secretary To Lam, Ms. Le Nguyet Anh - Wife of Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, along with leaders, ambassadors, heads of representative agencies, international organizations and a large number of people.
The International Culinary Culture Festival was organized by the Diplomatic Service Department and other agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on November 22 and 23. This is an annual event, attracting a large number of people to enjoy cuisine from around the world in Hanoi.

This year's festival has 128 booths from 50 embassies, 20 local foreign affairs agencies, 8 units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , businesses and many international organizations.
The organizers estimate that nearly 20,000 visitors will come to visit and enjoy diverse dishes, typical of many countries and territories, prepared and sold in the festival's common space.
This year, the festival took place amid terrible storms and floods in the South Central region. Ms. Ha Thi Nga called for promoting the spirit of "mutual love", the most beautiful value of the Vietnamese people.
Ms. Nga pledged that all received resources will be transferred to the right place, the right people, in the most timely and transparent manner. She emphasized that "food nourishes the body, and kindness nourishes the soul."
Sharing the same spirit of sharing and affirming the profound meaning of this year's culinary festival, Mr. Ha Vi - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Vietnam, sent his condolences to the Government and People of Vietnam.
Mr. Ha Vi also announced that the Chinese Government will support 500,000 USD to send to localities and people affected by natural disasters and floods in Vietnam.
Mrs. Le Nguyet Anh said that all the revenue collected at the festival this year will be sent to some localities suffering from natural disasters and floods in Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Ha Tinh and Hue city.
