At noon on November 24, thousands of people living along villages such as Van Duc, Ha Yen... were still lining up along the river dike.
Many people rode on tattered motorbikes, some had not yet recovered their motorbikes after the flood so had to push their bicycles, wearing tattered sandals, to find relief trucks.
From early morning, vehicles from everywhere from National Highway 1 passed Lo Gom Bridge and poured into villages devastated by the flood on November 20.
Wherever the car went, people gathered around. After the flood, people accepted whatever support they could get. The most practical were blankets, mats, clothes, instant noodles, and drinking water.

Military, government and police forces are still working hard to clean up the mud and debris at government offices and residential areas.
Relief teams provide relief to flood victims with hot meals, necessities, blankets, etc.
The historic flood along the lower reaches of the Ky Lo River on November 19 and 20 left behind serious consequences. Six people died, most of the villages of Tuy An Dong commune were submerged in mud, and houses collapsed heavily.
In recent days, the government and forces have been doing everything possible to rebuild after the flood, stabilize people's psychology, and mobilize resources to support people to overcome difficulties.
