Quang Binh Lottery Company Limited has gone through 36 years of construction and development. The company's revenue has grown continuously over the years; in 2024 alone, it reached 348 billion VND, contributing 81.5 billion VND to the budget, hundreds of times higher than the first day of establishment. In the first 8 months of 2025, the company's revenue reached 283 billion VND; contributing 63 billion VND to the budget, reaching 95% of the plan assigned by the province in 2025, continuing to affirm its position as one of the key enterprises of the province.

Revenue from lottery activities has become an important resource serving the socio -economic development of the province. In the period of 2019-2024 alone, from lottery revenue, the province has allocated more than 305 billion VND to invest in the construction of 120 medical, educational and social welfare projects. Among them, there are many large and meaningful projects, such as: Supporting investment in the construction of the Pharmacy Department, Quang Ninh Regional General Hospital (4.5 billion VND); supporting the construction of treatment facilities and technical infrastructure, Le Thuy Regional General Hospital (10.5 billion VND)...

Director of Le Thuy Regional General Hospital Ngo Duc Van said: “The treatment building and technical infrastructure of Le Thuy Regional General Hospital were invested with a total capital of more than 11 billion VND, from the public investment source of the provincial budget, of which the source from Lottery is over 10.5 billion VND. The project with modern medical equipment, after being put into operation, has contributed to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment to meet the increasing demand for health protection and care of the people. We hope that in the coming time, Quang Binh Lottery Company Limited will continue to have more support to invest in medical and social welfare projects to contribute to improving the material and spiritual life of the people in the province”.

With the traditional morality of “When drinking water, remember its source”, “Love others as you love yourself”, and a high sense of responsibility to the community, every year, the company has spent hundreds of millions of VND to more than 1 billion VND to support humanitarian funds, support the poor, policy families, build houses of gratitude, “Great Unity” houses. The company also actively supports people in areas affected by natural disasters and floods, ethnic minorities in border areas, and the people of Cuba, contributing to spreading the spirit of sharing and kindness in the community.
