In the first week of October 2025, at the National Shooting Range of Region 3 ( Dong Nai ), Gia Dinh Regiment successfully completed the task of tactical drills at the infantry company level using air bullets with two forms of attack and defense, safety, and strict discipline.

The conference unanimously evaluated the experience of successfully completing the exercise tasks: The Party Committee and the Regiment Commander proactively issued leadership resolutions, developed plans, assigned officers to monitor and urge all aspects of work. Officers and soldiers demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, solidarity, close coordination, mastered the content and flexibly applied techniques and tactics to specific conditions. The dissemination and inspection work was carried out regularly and continuously from the Regiment level to each soldier; thereby promptly overcoming weaknesses, ensuring absolute safety during the exercise.

Overview of the conference.

The regiment and the units have promptly provided knowledge and practical content to the cadres and organized training to enhance soldiers' grasp of individual movements, squad tactics, techniques of using weapons and thoroughly grasp working rules to ensure safety, regulations and discipline. The units have proactively ensured good facilities for long-term exercises and camping, as well as training and taking good care of soldiers' health and life, promptly encouraging officers and soldiers to complete their tasks well.

Besides, the attention and support of the Party Committee, government and people of the locality where the exercise took place created favorable conditions, contributing to the overall success of the exercise.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Phan Quoc Viet praised the spirit, responsibility and achievements of the collectives and individuals in the exercise; at the same time, he requested agencies and units to continue to learn from experience, promote the achieved results, overcome limitations, constantly improve the quality of training, and ensure combat readiness in the coming time.
