The Youth Union Executive Committee concretizes the goals and targets of the emulation movement "Navy Youth are proactive, creative, united, and make achievements; firmly protect the sea and islands of the Fatherland" and the peak emulation periods, raids into the annual and monthly plans. The movements "Army Youth reach the peaks", "Army Youth advance into science and technology", "Learning foreign languages ​​and ethnic minority languages" are widely deployed, associated with the implementation of training tasks, combat readiness, and protection of sea and island sovereignty .
