In the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of the Port Dispatch Center will continue to effectively carry out emulation movements to promote the creativity of union members in performing the company's core tasks; build a strong union organization, and exemplary union members taking the lead in work. Strive to have 1 to 2 innovative topics every year and introduce 2 to 4 outstanding people to the Party.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee, which consists of comrades with sufficient capacity, enthusiasm, and responsibility to lead the workers' movement at the Center. The Executive Committee elected the Chairman and Vice Chairman. Elected a delegation to attend the Congress of Trade Union of Saigon New Port Corporation, term 2025-2030.
