Training on organizing the Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

On the morning of October 10, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor trained grassroots trade unions in the Southeast region of the province on organizing trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Attending were 300 union officials of communes, wards and presidents and accountants of grassroots unions.

Speaking at the training session, comrade Ho Cong Duong, Permanent Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation emphasized: This is an opportunity for union officials at all levels to update, exchange experiences and improve professional skills. At the same time, it is an important first step, helping units to be proactive, synchronized and properly implement the process in preparing for the congress, towards building a strong union organization.

Grassroots union officials listen to training content

During the 1-day training session, grassroots trade union officials will be guided on some contents of drafting documents to serve the trade union congresses at all levels towards the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030; personnel work for grassroots trade union congresses, commune, ward and special zone trade unions; Congress organization process; Congress propaganda contents and forms... Many opinions of delegates were answered by provincial Trade Union officials, in order to ensure that grassroots trade union congresses are organized in accordance with regulations, democratically, practically and effectively.

Grassroots union officials study training content

The Congress of Trade Unions at all levels marks a fundamental change in the organizational model in the new era, is a period of political activities, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". The Congress has the task of summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress of the previous term, proposing the direction of activities for the new term; amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; electing the Executive Committee of the new term.

According to the plan, the Trade Unions of communes, wards, and special zones will complete their Congresses before October 31; the grassroots trade unions, grassroots trade unions, member grassroots trade unions, and departmental trade unions will complete their Congresses before November 30. The Provincial Trade Union Congress will take place before December 31, 2025.
