During the past term, the women's work and emulation movements of the Provincial Border Guard Women's Union achieved many comprehensive and sustainable results. Emulation movements and campaigns were widely deployed, linked to the political tasks of the unit and the legitimate needs and aspirations of the members. The Union's organization was constantly consolidated and strengthened; the role and position of women were increasingly affirmed.  

The Congress focused on discussing and objectively and comprehensively assessing the implementation of the Association's work and emulation movements in the 2021-2025 period; drawing lessons, and at the same time proposing directions, goals, tasks and practical solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

Leaders of the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command, acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of the provincial Border Guard's female officers and members during the past term. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Dung emphasized: In any circumstances, Tay Ninh Border Guard women always uphold the sense of responsibility and noble qualities of Vietnamese women and Border Guard women. Women members not only fulfill their professional tasks well but also serve as a solid support in their families and a bridge connecting the military-civilian relationship at the border.

In the coming term, it is recommended that the Women's Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; proactively advise the Party Committee and commanders on women's work; focus on training, discovering and replicating advanced models; promote emulation movements associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, contributing to building the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard force to become increasingly stronger.

At the congress, the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard Party Committee announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 3 comrades.
