With the spirit of "Solidarity, creativity, dedication, development", the Congress sets out the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. It focuses on two breakthroughs: Promoting propaganda and implementing digital transformation in women's work and women's movements, accompanying women to improve digital skills; being active, proactive, creative, improving the quality of professional work, promoting gender equality, improving the contingent of female cadres, striving to increase the proportion of women participating in appropriate fields.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Ha Van Thai, Political Commissar of Warehouse KT887, praised the Warehouse Women's Association for promoting its role and responsibility in performing political tasks, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit.

In the coming time, Colonel Ha Van Thai requested the Association to regularly focus on training cadres and members on working skills and enthusiasm in participating in activities; effectively organize women's movements associated with the emulation movements of the unit. The activities of the Association need to have close coordination between mass organizations of the unit and the local women's association; actively research and innovate the content and forms of activities and meetings; organize competitions, sports, forums, exchanges, seminars... to create useful playgrounds and favorable environments for members to demonstrate and contribute their talents, contributing to enriching the activities of the Warehouse Women's Association.
