In recent times, the basic construction investment work has always been led and directed resolutely and comprehensively by the Party Committee and the Command of the 34th Corps. The Party Committee of the Corps, agencies and units have issued the Regulations on leadership of basic construction investment work in the entire Corps. All projects and works have been implemented in accordance with the order, procedures and regulations of the State, the Ministry of National Defense and the Corps on basic construction investment work, from the step of establishing investment policies, project establishment to acceptance, handover and putting into use.

Management, quality, labor safety, and environmental protection have been strictly managed in accordance with legal regulations, and public investment capital has been disbursed as planned. In particular, projects transferred from 2024 to 2025 have been implemented, ensuring progress according to the set plan.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh, Commander of the Corps, requested that the enterprises assigned as investors, design consultants, construction units, and project supervisors continue to uphold their responsibilities, promptly learn from experience, and organize to overcome the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out; at the same time, he requested that the parties must speed up the disbursement of 100% of the assigned public investment capital in 2025 and that the projects, when put into use, must ensure quality as well as functionality, absolutely ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and fire and explosion prevention and fighting in all projects.
