BAC NINH - According to the Bac Ninh Province Hydrometeorological Station, floodwaters on the Cau and Thuong rivers are likely to peak between noon and afternoon today (October 9).

According to the Bac Ninh Province Hydrometeorological Station, at 7:00 a.m. on October 9, the water level on the Thuong River at Cau Son Station was 18.37 m, at Phu Lang Thuong Station was 7.60 m, above alert level 3; the water level on the Cau River at Phuc Loc Phuong Station was 9.69 m, at Dap Cau Station was 7.28 m, above alert level 3.

Water level on Thuong River is at alert level 3.

It is forecasted that in the next 12 to 24 hours, the water level at Cau Son Station, Phu Lang Thuong will continue to maintain at the peak level above alert level 3, then slowly decrease. At Dap Cau Station (7.35 - 7.45m), above alert level 3; at Phuc Loc Phuong Station (9.75 - 9.85m), above alert level 3. The water level on Thuong River and Cau River is also likely to peak between noon and afternoon today (October 9).
