The 34th Corps improves the efficiency of investment and basic construction work.

(GLO)- On the afternoon of October 7, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh - Commander of the 34th Corps chaired a conference to review experience in investment and basic construction work in the third quarter and deploy tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Attending the conference were Colonel Ha Viet Lien - Deputy Commander of the Corps; representatives of agencies and units under the Corps; enterprises assigned as investors, design consultants, construction and supervision units of the project.

In recent times, the investment and basic construction work has been led and directed decisively and comprehensively by the Party Committee and the Command of the 34th Corps. Agencies and units have issued and strictly implemented the Regulations on leadership of investment and basic construction work, ensuring that all projects are implemented in accordance with the prescribed processes and procedures.

All stages from investment policy formulation, project appraisal to acceptance, handover and putting the project into use are strictly implemented, ensuring quality, labor safety and environmental protection. The disbursement of public investment capital is carried out according to plan, and the projects transferred from 2024 to 2025 basically ensure progress according to plan.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and efforts of agencies, units and enterprises in carrying out the investment and basic construction tasks of the Corps. The Commander of the 34th Corps requested investors, construction units, consultants and supervisors to continue to uphold their responsibilities, promptly overcome limitations, learn from construction practices, and strive to disburse 100% of public investment capital by 2025.

The Commander of the 34th Corps emphasized: When put into use, the projects must ensure quality, functionality, labor safety, environmental sanitation and fire prevention and fighting, contributing to improving investment efficiency and serving well the training and combat readiness tasks of the unit.
