Rear Admiral Do Van Yen, Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy, Chairman of the Council chaired the conference.

After the implementation period, with a proactive and highly responsible spirit, the editorial board and the project support team have made many efforts; compiled and asked for opinions from leaders and commanders of Brigade 131 through the periods, and experts; organized seminars, received opinions, contributed to complete the draft of the project and submitted it to the Council for consideration and decision.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Dinh Phuong, Political Commissar of Brigade 131, presented a summary of the project.

The works "History of the 131st Naval Engineering Brigade (1975-2025)" and "History of the Party Committee of the 131st Naval Engineering Brigade (1975-2025)" are divided into the following contents: Foreword, 4 chapters, conclusion, appendix, references, with portraits and activity photos.

At the conference, the Council members acknowledged and praised the proactive spirit, responsibility, hard work in collecting documents and materials, and organizing the implementation of the project, in which the historical and logical methods stood out. The writing style was clear and easy to understand.

The content presented many important documents and events, closely following the historical development process of the Party Committee and the Brigade; reflecting the outstanding achievements in performing tasks as well as building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit over the past 50 years.

All documents have specific citations, ensuring high accuracy. At the same time, the Council members requested the Editorial Board to supplement some necessary content to meet the requirements of scientific and historical research and expression.

Concluding the acceptance of the project, Rear Admiral Do Van Yen requested the Party Committee and Command of Brigade 131, especially the editorial board to quickly supplement and rearrange some paragraphs and pages in the two history books; edit the contents contributed by the Council members, complete the project to ensure honesty, accuracy, and clarity; the stages are connected, continuous, and summarize the development and lessons learned in the leadership of the Brigade Party Committee.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy assigned the Military Science Department to review, edit, and complete the final work before printing, so that the works "History of the 131st Naval Engineering Brigade (1975-2025)" and "History of the Party Committee of the 131st Naval Engineering Brigade (1975-2025)" could be published on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Brigade's Traditional Day (November 6, 1975 / November 6, 2025).

The Council's voting results unanimously assessed the project as Good.
