During the 2021-2025 term, the Women's Union of Division 7 has thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented the 5 key tasks set out by the previous term's congress. The Union has actively innovated the content and methods of operation, closely following the political tasks of the unit and the characteristics of gender psychology to organize many rich and practical activities, creating an impression in the emulation movement of the division.

Political and ideological education work has always been focused on, contributing to building a contingent of cadres and members with strong political will, good moral qualities, and strict compliance with laws and discipline. The emulation movement "Women of Division 7 are intelligent, courageous, complete their tasks well, build happy families, and are worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era" has become a regular practice, becoming a driving force for cadres and members to promote their roles in all aspects of work.

Many models of saving and helping each other to develop the economy have been effectively implemented, notably the model of "Piggy Bank Raising" and the "Membership Fund". During the past term, the Association has saved more than 80 million VND, supporting 5 member families to expand livestock farming and develop the economy. These activities not only improve the lives of members but also contribute to strengthening solidarity and cohesion among members in the entire division.

In the new term 2025-2030, the Women's Union of Division 7 focuses on implementing two breakthrough contents: Promoting digital transformation in Union work and accompanying women to improve digital capacity; innovating working methods, building a strong Union organization, meeting the requirements of the new era.

The Association also continues to promote emulation movements and campaigns associated with building Vietnamese women in the new era, actively training and striving according to the criteria of "Courage - Intelligence - Discipline - Humanity", determined to complete all assigned tasks well. Thereby innovating, improving the quality of the Association's activities and promoting the role of women in building a strong, comprehensive, exemplary and typical unit.
