Through on-site inspections at Division 10 and a number of agencies of the 34th Corps, the Working Group acknowledged and commended the results, efforts and determination that the 34th Corps has achieved in disseminating and implementing the work of digitizing records and handling administrative procedures. Thereby, the Party Committee and Command of the 34th Corps have thoroughly disseminated and implemented the plans of the Ministry of National Defense on digitizing records, handling administrative procedures and improving the quality and efficiency of providing online public services in 2025. The Corps has specified the contents, targets and tasks in accordance with the characteristics of the situation and tasks of the Corps and organized serious and synchronous implementation in all aspects of work.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Le Van Dung requested that in the coming time, the Corps needs to continue promoting reform solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, resolutely promote the digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement according to the digital plan roadmap of the Ministry of National Defense; must complete the digitization of the number of resolved records that are still in backlog.

The unit continues to promote communication on digitalization of administrative procedure settlement records associated with promoting the implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment; improving the quality of training and fostering staff working in information technology, ensuring safety and security of information throughout the system.
