At the meeting, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duc, Director of the Propaganda Department - Standing Agency of the Military and Technical Council of the Ministry of National Defense, reported the list of collectives and individuals proposed to be awarded and posthumously awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces during the resistance war and the renovation period.

These are collectives and individuals who have made outstanding achievements in advising, directing training, combat readiness and direct combat; in education , training, incident response, natural disasters, search and rescue; building defense zones, building a solid "people's heart position"; researching and developing high-tech defense industry; having outstanding achievements or outstanding achievements in the period 2015-2025...

Regarding procedures and documents, the consideration and proposal for conferring the hero titles have been carried out by agencies and units in accordance with the process and procedures; the documents are complete according to regulations; and the conditions for consideration and recommendation for commendation are met. Information on the consideration and recommendation of commendation for collectives and individuals has been publicly posted on the People's Army Newspaper and the Ministry of National Defense's electronic information portal according to regulations.

Concluding the meeting, General Trinh Van Quyet affirmed that the collectives and individuals considered for posthumous awards and conferment of Hero titles are all very typical and exemplary, with many achievements and special contributions in the resistance wars, struggles for national liberation, national reunification, building and defending the Fatherland, and building the Army in the fields of training, combat readiness, and production labor in the current period.

General Trinh Van Quyet requested the standing agency of the Ministry of National Defense's Council for Merit and Achievements to continue to complete the report to further highlight the achievements of collectives and individuals, create special impressions, and enhance the persuasiveness of each report. At the same time, continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review and supplement the profiles of collectives and individuals who meet the conditions and criteria according to regulations to proactively advise the Ministry of National Defense's Council for Merit and Achievements to carry out procedures to consider and propose appropriate titles.

General Trinh Van Quyet noted that the process of completing the dossier must ensure seriousness, objectivity, impartiality, and accuracy, thereby creating trust, persuasion, contributing to motivating and encouraging officers and soldiers of the entire army to strive, enthusiastically compete to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
