In 2025, the Emulation Bloc of units thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives, resolutions and instructions of superiors on emulation, rewards and the Emulation Movement for Victory; well organized the emulation movement in 2025 with the theme "Democracy, solidarity, discipline, creativity, determination to win" and peak emulation periods, raids to celebrate major holidays and important political events associated with implementing the province's 2025 working theme: "Breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term"; implementing the socio-economic development goals associated with ensuring national defense and security.

The commendation work has been innovated; commending collectives and individuals who directly carry out sudden and difficult tasks, with outstanding and extraordinary achievements in performing tasks, focusing on new factors, good deeds, with widespread creativity, associated with discovering, building, and replicating advanced models; good and creative ways of doing things, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.

The units have played a key role in preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, searching and rescuing, fires and explosions, and forest fires; advising and mobilizing nearly 1,000 people, with nearly 100 vehicles of all kinds to participate in search and rescue...  

Colonel Nguyen Dinh Khiem, member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, presented flowers to congratulate Regiment 244 (the unit that is the leader of the emulation block in 2025) and the Defense Command of Region 1 - Quang Ha (the unit that receives the leader of the emulation block in 2026).
