After falling and hitting his abdomen on a hard floor, the patient was in a lot of pain and was hospitalized in a state of shock, pale mucous membranes, sweating, rapid and weak pulse, and blood pressure of 86/40 mmHg.
Hospital doctors diagnosed the patient with severe shock/closed abdominal trauma, ruptured spleen after falling.
