Timely take snake bite victims to the emergency room at night

On the morning of October 1, Quang Tri General Hospital confirmed that the snakebite victim was promptly taken to the emergency room by the provincial Traffic Police during the night and is being treated at the Intensive Care and Anti-Poison Department. He is conscious and his health is gradually stabilizing.

Previously, at around 7:30 p.m. on September 30, Mr. NVH (64 years old), residing in Liem Cong Tay village, Cua Tung commune, was bitten by a venomous snake while walking through a garden near the forest. Mr. H received first aid from local people and called for support. At the same time, the Northern Traffic Police Working Group - Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Province Police, who were on duty nearby, received the report and immediately arrived and took the victim to the emergency room.

Thanks to being transported promptly by a specialized vehicle over a distance of more than 30 km, Mr. NVH was quickly taken to Quang Tri General Hospital for emergency care and timely treatment.
