Signing of cooperation in training and professional support between E Hospital and Lai Chau Provincial Department of Health

According to the cooperation agreement, E Hospital will support training to improve professional and technical capacity; basic and advanced management for medical staff of Lai Chau province in 3 forms: Organizing training and transferring techniques at E Hospital for medical staff of Lai Chau province; organizing training and transferring techniques in Lai Chau province. Organizing distance training via information technology system (Telehealth). Organizing seminars, conferences, training sessions, professional scientific activities (in person or online).

Fields of training support include: application of information technology in hospital management; technical expertise in the following fields: Cardiology and interventional cardiology; urology and dialysis; emergency resuscitation, anti-poisoning; neurology, musculoskeletal, endocrinology, digestion, respiratory, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics, infectious diseases, diagnostic imaging...

Based on the list of techniques that need to be developed along with the current human resources, infrastructure and equipment, E Hospital will transfer high-tech, specialized packages to Lai Chau province, ensuring that the techniques are deployed successfully and safely. Examination, screening and surgery for congenital malformations in children (surgery will be performed at E Hospital).

People's Physician, Specialist II Doctor Bui Tien Thanh - Director of Lai Chau Department of Health spoke at the signing ceremony.

Depending on the reality and medical examination and treatment needs of Lai Chau province, E Hospital will send highly qualified staff and doctors to directly support Lai Chau province on rotation. The rotation focuses on training, technology transfer, consultation, ward visits and strengthening medical examination and treatment. E Hospital supports Lai Chau province in consultation, medical examination, consultation; remote treatment via information technology system (Telehealth), building and developing a network of remote clinics. Support and advise on the development of specialized, specialized and specialized medical services in the field of scientific research and coordinate the implementation of scientific research activities in the province. Organize charity medical examination and treatment sessions; visit and give gifts to the poor in particularly difficult communes of the province; organize health education and communication activities for staff and people.

On that basis, the two sides signed the cooperation contents. The implementation period is 5 years from the date of signing.

On this occasion, the Provincial Department of Health and E Hospital gave each other meaningful gifts, expressing gratitude and solidarity between the two units.

To recognize the contributions of E Hospital, at the signing ceremony, 1 collective and 13 individuals with many achievements in health care for officials and people of Lai Chau province received certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, People's Physician, Specialist II Doctor Bui Tien Thanh - Director of the Department of Health awarded certificates of merit to the collective and individuals of E Hospital.

After the signing ceremony, the AI Workshop in the medical field took place to improve professional skills in ensuring information security in the medical sector and to advise and propose solutions to improve work efficiency for civil servants, public employees, and doctors through AI applications. This is one of the activities within the framework of cooperation between E Hospital and Lai Chau Provincial Department of Health.
