Signing of cooperation between the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch

On the afternoon of May 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank held a signing ceremony of the cooperation program between the two units.

At the conference, delegates discussed and agreed on the implementation plan of the coordination program between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank.

Accordingly, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Bank for Social Policies will step up propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on social policy credit; propagate the emulation movement "For the poor - leaving no one behind", activities of the "For the poor" Fund at all levels; results of implementing social policy credit, activities of the Bank for Social Policies in Lao Cai province.

Through the coordination program to mobilize resources for the “For the Poor” Fund and supplement capital for the Provincial Social Policy Bank to implement social policy credit programs, contributing to the implementation of the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, new rural construction and ensuring social security. At the same time, strengthen the role and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai province, socio -political organizations on social policy credit activities and the implementation of policies and guidelines on sustainable poverty reduction, new rural construction, and ensuring social security.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Giang Seo Van, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized: The implementation of the coordination program is very necessary, a solution to help the poor, near-poor, and other policy beneficiaries in the province. Immediately after this conference, the two agencies need to closely follow the tasks in the coordination plan, specify each task in accordance with the actual situation in the province and effectively implement the coordination contents.

He suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Social Policy Bank of districts, towns and cities, based on the characteristics and situation of each locality, strengthen coordination work, have good ways to implement the coordination plan effectively, thereby promoting the meaning and effectiveness, contributing to ensuring social security, helping the disadvantaged in society to strive for a better and better life.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Ha, Director of the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank, affirmed: The Social Policy Bank from the province to the localities will well implement the coordination program signed between the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Social Policy Bank. In order to make the coordination work effective, the Social Policy Bank wishes to further promote the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Social Policy Bank in implementing social policy credit, contributing to the implementation of the Party and State's guidelines and policies on economic growth coupled with social progress and equity, ensuring social security, sustainable poverty reduction, and new rural construction.
