(CPV) – This is an opportunity to look back on the 15-year journey of building and developing the Keieijuku program, marking outstanding achievements in connecting the business community, sharing knowledge and improving leadership capacity for Vietnamese enterprises.
On the evening of December 13, in Hanoi , Foreign Trade University and the Keieijuku Vietnam Alumni Business Community jointly organized the Program to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the implementation of the Entrepreneurship Training Program - Keieijuku.
This is an entrepreneur training program supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (JICA), implemented by the Vietnam - Japan Human Resources Development Institute (VJCC).

The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Ambassador of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (JICA); the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO); the Japan Business Association in Vietnam (JICCI); the Board of Directors of the Foreign Trade University as well as a large number of lecturers, 240 businessmen and managers who are former Keieijuku Vietnam students from the 1st to the 21st courses, from the three regions of the North, Central and South of the country.
The Keieijuku Entrepreneurship Training Program (also known as the Advanced Business Program), and in parallel with that is the journey of creating and developing the business community of alumni of the Program, called the Keieijuku Vietnam Community. The anniversary program is organized to mark 15 years of development of Keieijuku Vietnam, at the same time increasing the connection between the School and businesses; the School with domestic and Japanese organizations, expanding business cooperation opportunities for the business communities of the two countries.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ishikawa Isamu - Deputy Ambassador, Consul General of Japan in Vietnam shared: “Since the opening of the first Keieijuku program in 2009, the program has trained and has more than 1,000 alumni. We are very proud to know that the alumni after graduating from the program are now excellent business leaders and working in many different fields, actively contributing to the economic and social development of Vietnam”. 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam, an important milestone demonstrating the increasingly deep relationship between the two countries. Mr. Ishikawa Isamu expressed his belief that the Keieijuku program participants present there had absorbed and absorbed the passion from the program's experienced instructors..., as well as being able to continue to cultivate knowledge and preserve the spirit of Japanese management style. He hoped that they could take advantage of these lessons to help their businesses develop. On this occasion, the Deputy Ambassador of Japan to Vietnam also sent his congratulations to the Vietnam - Japan Human Resources Development Institute (VJCC) - the unit directly implementing the keieijuku program as well as hoped that the friendship between Japan and Vietnam would become increasingly deeper.
In his speech, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President of Foreign Trade University said, “One of the missions of Foreign Trade University is to develop the Vietnamese business community, with effort and enthusiasm, to achieve many results in carrying out this mission. Program KEIEIJUKU is a product of the Cooperation Project between the Japan International Cooperation Agency - JICA and Foreign Trade University. The program is implemented to equip knowledge of modern business management, Japanese management and business models applied to the business environment, culture and people of Vietnam. The Keieijuku Advanced Business Program accompanies Vietnamese enterprises in building a modern business management philosophy and model, valuing human values, distilling the essence of Japanese-style management and maximizing the capacity and advantages of Vietnamese people. Generations of Keieijuku students have imbued humane business philosophies, the core values of becoming an upright businessman, and together developing sustainable business.

Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Anh Tuan also sent his congratulations to the members of the KEIEIJUKU Community to continue to uphold the Keieijuku spirit, firmly take their business ship to the open sea, and always be the brand ambassador for Keieijuku Vietnam in the eyes of domestic and international business friends. The success of the KEIEIJUKU Community members is the greatest measure of the success of the Program, the pride of all parties, related organizations, and all direct and indirect participants in the Program.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien - Director of the Vietnam - Japan Human Resources Development Institute (VJCC) affirmed: "The success of the Keieijuku program today is the convergence of cooperative fate of related organizations, which laid a solid foundation, created conditions and gave wings to the development of the program".
On behalf of the organizer, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien expressed her sincere thanks to the Embassy of Japan, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japanese partners for always accompanying and supporting VJCC Institute over the past 15 years. In addition, she expressed her deep gratitude to the Board of Directors of Foreign Trade University and specialized departments and institutes for always closely following, accompanying and guiding the development of the Vietnam - Japan Human Resource Development Institute, in which the Keieijuku Program is one of the development focuses, as well as sending her sincere thanks to the teachers who have constantly devoted themselves and made efforts to bring valuable lessons to students. During the 15 years of program development, the lecturers have accompanied and devoted themselves to the sustainable development of the Keieijuku Program, becoming living symbols of perseverance and prestigious work ethics, and wishing the best for the Vietnamese business community.

At the Ceremony, the ceremony of attaching the Crane - a symbol of Japanese culture to the traditional flag of the Keieijuku Community was performed with the wish to enhance the activities of the community as well as each student to further improve and develop.
Within the framework of the program series, the Seminar "Joining hands to build the country" was held with sharing from lecturers, experts...
The highlight of the celebration program is also the "Road of Gratitude" Exhibition Area and the booth introducing typical Keieijuku enterprises, which attracted the participation of nearly 400 delegates, teachers, experts, Vietnamese and Japanese businessmen, especially the gathering of 240 alumni and students of the Keieijuku Program from course 1 to course 21, from the three regions of the North, Central and South of the country./.
