Mr. Tuan stated: From December 5-7, at the Ho Hoan Kiem pedestrian street ( Hanoi ), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television, and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, will organize the "Vietnam Happy Fest 2025". This year marks the first time the festival will be organized as a series of continuous activities. The shift to a series of activities allows the festival to tell a more complete story about "the happiness of Vietnamese people" through various spaces, experiential activities, and interactions.
The festival is also designed with many outstanding new features, creating a cultural space that is rich in emotion and fosters deeper connections. The overall concept of the event series is "The Path to Happiness," an experiential journey spanning the Hoan Kiem Lake area, where each activity is designed to tell a story about the simple happiness of the Vietnamese people. The journey, comprising 13 activities, will unfold a flow of emotions, where each step is a story, and each small corner is a wonder of life in Vietnam today.
The message of the festival also lies in the spirit of peace and community cohesion, which has been fostered by policies and initiatives aimed at caring for the people and nurturing a stable, humane society. These values help the world see a happy Vietnam, and more importantly, allow those attending the festival to feel and experience that happiness firsthand.

With 13 experiential points, like 13 emotional rhythms, this year's event promises to take participants through: the Happy Vietnam Exhibition ; the Digital Interactive Space ; the Photobooth and art exhibition areas ; the Tree of Happiness , where wishes are sent; the Lens of Happiness; the Map of Happiness ; Sending Happiness to Tomorrow ; the Outdoor Activity "Health is Happiness" ; and the Happy Radio Announcer .
A notable highlight of this year's festival is the special symbolic event : "A mass wedding ceremony for 80 couples," linked to the 80-year journey of independence, freedom, and happiness of the country, thereby spreading the image of a compassionate, united, and community-rich Vietnam. This is not just a wedding ceremony, but a symbol of faith, peace, and the aspiration for love of an independent, free, and happy Vietnam.
Meanwhile, the Tree of Happiness became one of the most sacred spots of the event. Under its shade, thousands of wishes, messages, and expressions of gratitude were hung up like "seeds of happiness." Each card was a beautiful wish for family, homeland, and the future.
Notably, the profound and urgent humanitarian highlight within the main event was the "Supporting with Love: Sharing Happiness" activity. This was not just an act of donation, but a resounding call from the heart of the entire nation, directed towards our compatriots in Central Vietnam who are battling natural disasters. This activity also affirms that our happiness will not be complete if our compatriots are still suffering.
