Mr. Tuan said: From December 5-7, at Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street ( Hanoi ), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism presided over and coordinated with the Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists to organize "Vietnam Happy Fest 2025". This year marks the first time the Festival has been organized in the form of a series of continuous activities. The transition to a series of activities model helps the Festival tell a more complete story about "Vietnamese happiness" through many spaces, many different experiential and interactive activities.

The festival is also designed with many new highlights, creating a cultural space rich in emotions and deeper connections. The overall idea of ​​the series of events is “The Road of Happiness”, an experiential journey stretching across the Hoan Kiem Lake area, where each activity is built to tell a story about the simple happiness of Vietnamese people. The journey includes 13 activities that will open up a flow of emotions, where each step is a story, each small corner is a miracle of Vietnamese life today.
