More dangerously, many trees decades old, with a base diameter of nearly 1 meter in some wards, were uprooted, had their branches broken, and fell on cars and motorbikes of residents and tourists.

The agricultural sector is also suffering heavy damage as strong winds blow repeatedly, tearing the roof of greenhouses. At a company specializing in producing clean strawberries in LangBiang Ward - Da Lat, strong winds have caused hundreds of millions of dong in damage.
Families growing durian, mangosteen, jackfruit, etc. in Bao Lam 1, 2 and 3 communes of Lam Dong province are also suffering extremely heavy losses. Strong winds have caused trees to fall and fruits to fall everywhere.

Up to now, authorities have not recorded any casualties caused by unusual weather.
Faced with the above situation, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province has issued an urgent telegram, requesting localities and units to urgently deploy key tasks to cope with the impact of storms and floods.

The wind is blowing very strong, gusting continuously, authorities warn people not to leave their homes unless absolutely necessary. In particular, they should avoid walking, standing, or staying under large trees that are at high risk of falling to ensure safety...
