On the morning of August 14, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province launched the "Digital Education for All" movement. The program was organized in person at the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee hall and online to 124 communes and wards across the province.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Ho Van Muoi emphasized: " Digital literacy is not just a superficial movement but an objective necessity to quickly adapt in the digital transformation era, the era of industry 4.0; it is a journey to explore potential, expand opportunities and cultivate internal strength for each of our people".
"Let's start today, starting with the smallest things, but with the greatest belief, that digital knowledge is the key to the future , the strength of the people, the foundation of a rich, civilized, knowledgeable, unique and happy Lam Dong", said Mr. Ho Van Muoi.
The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, business community and people of all ethnic groups in Lam Dong province... to work together, study and spread the spirit of the "Digital Literacy for All" movement for a renewed and developed Lam Dong.
At the program, delegates listened to the Department of Science and Technology of Lam Dong province report on the results of digital transformation to serve the activities of the two-level government after 1 month of implementation and introduced the handbook "Digital Popular Education" of Lam Dong province.
Viettel and Lam Dong Telecommunications also reported on the implementation results of the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies and digital transformation in the provincial government; introduced shared platforms and systems serving the operations of the two-level government of Lam Dong province. Lam Dong Provincial Police introduced the "Digital Popular Education" platform of the Ministry of Public Security .
