A group of 14 teenagers who organized a motorcycle wheelie and revved their engines at Lam Vien Square in Da Lat, Lam Dong province, and then filmed and posted the video on social media have just been summoned and processed by the police.

On July 21, the Traffic Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police invited 14 teenagers involved in the acts of driving a motorbike carrying 3 people, doing wheelies, letting go of both hands, and revving the engine to come in for questioning.

Previously, on June 15, in the wards of Da Lat, a group of teenagers gathered, not wearing helmets, riding motorbikes, doing wheelies, revving their engines... causing chaos, traffic insecurity and danger to passersby.

Some cases of "performance", filming and then spreading videos on social networking sites such as Facebook and TikTok to attract viewers, express themselves, and challenge the authorities.

After many days of investigation, the police identified 14 teenagers involved in the incident and invited them to work. At the same time, they made records of administrative violations of traffic safety and order for 14 cases and temporarily detained many related motorbikes to serve the investigation and handling.
