This is the highlight of a series of events held simultaneously nationwide, with more than 200,000 participants, with the goal of "1 hour - 1 billion steps".

In Vinh Long, from early morning, a large number of cadres, civil servants, armed forces, union members, students and people from all walks of life were present on the ceramic and flower road, joining in the excited footsteps.
