Today, after nearly 40 years of implementing the national reform policy initiated and led by the Communist Party of Vietnam, and 56 years of fulfilling President Ho Chi Minh's Testament, with the efforts of the entire Party, people, and army, Vietnam has achieved tremendous achievements of historical significance, confidently stepping into a new era - an era of national development, prosperity, and strength.
