Spread love, support thousands of difficult circumstances

BPO - On the morning of June 13, the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities - Orphans and Poor Patients of the province held a conference to review the first 6 months of the year and deploy directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

Currently, in the province there are more than 11,000 people with disabilities, of which more than 3,000 are severely disabled; 279,889 orphans, of which 259 orphans have no source of support.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Association for the Support of the Disabled - Orphans and Poor Patients of the province has implemented many practical activities, bringing about clear results. The total value of the sponsorship and mobilization activities reached more than 23 billion VND, supporting nearly 229 thousand people. Notable programs include eye surgery, medicine distribution, scholarship giving, house repair, transportation, livelihood support and organizing cultural and artistic activities for the disabled. In addition, the programs "Sharing the Pain" and "Aspiration to Live" continue to spread love, helping dozens of families overcome adversity and stabilize their lives.

The conference also heard many opinions and expressed wishes after merging administrative boundaries and rearranging the organizational apparatus.

In the last 6 months of the year, the association continued to promote resource mobilization, expand the volunteer network, contributing to gradually improving the quality of life for the disadvantaged and disadvantaged in the province.
