- On June 20, 2025, the Standing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee issued Decisions to appoint Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party Committees of 65 newly established communes and wards after the merger (term 2025 - 2030).

In addition to appointing the Party Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees of communes and wards, the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee also appointed the Party Executive Committees and Standing Committees of the Party Committees of 65 communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term.

The Decisions appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committees of 65 newly established communes and wards will all take effect from July 1, 2025.
