Specifically, to ensure that no problems arise, from February 2, 2024 to February 28, 2024, the Business Household Digital Map function will assist the Tax authority in looking up, reviewing and correcting incorrect information (if any).
From March 1, 2024, the Business Household Digital Map function will respond to information lookup and feedback from business households, people, businesses, state management agencies and other organizations.
According to this agency, the Business Household Digital Map is where the locations of business households are displayed with public information such as: Tax code, full name, signboard, street name, business line...
The operating principle is a collection of information that has been encoded and stored in digital form. The displayed information is information that must be made public for business households according to current regulations, including: Identification information; revenue; tax rate; operating status; subjects not subject to tax (revenue from 100 million VND/year or less); information adjusted by business households when there are changes in revenue, tax rate, address, and industry.
The business household digital map is installed, managed and operated centrally at the General Department of Taxation. The information displayed on this function is automatically, regularly and continuously updated from information approved by the Tax Authority and publicly posted on the Tax Department's website according to the tax management process for business households.
Along with the currently applied forms of publicity, the Business Household Digital Map will support the Tax authority in managing taxpayers in a visual manner, grasping the area well, preventing missing households, and preventing budget loss.
This function also better supports business households, people, enterprises, state management agencies and other organizations in providing feedback to tax authorities on tax management of business households by local tax authorities, enhancing publicity and transparency in tax management.
In addition, the Business Household Digital Map will be deployed on the Etax Mobile application to facilitate business households, people, businesses, state management agencies and other organizations to look up and respond to information on handheld smart devices anytime, anywhere.
Lang Son Provincial Tax Department requires Tax Branches to strengthen the implementation and urge the work of establishing a lump-sum tax set in 2024, assign staff to conduct thorough searches and reviews to avoid missing households and business locations, and correct business household information in the tax management application to ensure that the operation of the Business Household Digital Map function is accurate and on schedule.
