The delegation visited Ms. Nguyen Thi Chung (born in 1955, disabled veteran 2/4), who is currently living with her daughter; Mr. Nguyen Hong Minh (born in 1944, disabled veteran 2/4, a resistance fighter infected with toxic chemicals); and Mr. Trieu Tan Sai (born in 1964, disabled veteran 2/4, often sick).

At the places he visited, Comrade Hoang Nguyen Dinh kindly inquired about the health of the wounded soldiers and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of the wounded soldiers in the struggle for national liberation and reunification. He wished the wounded soldiers and their families good health and continued to be shining examples in local movements and activities.
On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts from the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to war invalids, demonstrating the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", the morality of gratitude to those who have contributed to the nation. Accompanying the delegation were leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Rach Dua and Vung Tau wards, who also presented gifts of encouragement and shared with local policy families.
