Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung wished the Chut ethnic people and officers and soldiers of the armed forces in Huong Khe district a joyful and warm Lunar New Year.

On the morning of January 30th, Tran The Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected combat readiness, presented gifts, and extended New Year greetings to several units in Huong Khe district.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau, and representatives from various departments and agencies accompanied them.

During a visit to present Tet gifts to the Chứt ethnic minority people (Huong Lien commune), the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Tran The Dung, expressed his joy at the positive changes and improvements in the lives and production of the people. He also urged them to continue to unite, strive for progress in production and education, and strictly adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, as well as the laws of the State.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the Party Committee, the government of Huong Khe district, and the border guard forces continue to pay attention to and support the development of production models suitable to local conditions in order to improve the material and spiritual lives of the people. On the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year, the Standing Deputy Secretary wished the people a joyful, warm, and happy holiday.

The delegation presented gifts and extended New Year greetings to the officers and soldiers of Ban Giang Border Guard Post.

Following that, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the delegation inspected the combat readiness work and presented gifts and New Year greetings to the officers and soldiers of Ban Giang Border Guard Station, Hoa Hai Border Guard Station, and Huong Khe District Police.

After listening to reports from unit leaders on plans and schedules for combat readiness during the Tet holiday and the preparations for Tet for officers and soldiers, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Tran The Dung, acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the units in ensuring political security and social order at the grassroots level, contributing to ensuring a stable environment for socio-economic development.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that all forces pay attention to supporting the district in consolidating the criteria for building new rural areas, especially the criteria on security and order; focusing on implementing mass mobilization work and building models in all fields.

Military , police, and border guard forces are strengthening coordination to ensure security and order, protect border sovereignty and security; and maintain and consolidate the good traditional friendship with our neighbor Laos.
