Provincial leaders visited and congratulated the Provincial Association of Patriotic Buddhist Monks on Buddha's birthday .

At the places they visited, the provincial leaders kindly asked about the health of the monks and Buddhists. At the same time, they hoped that the monks and Buddhists in the province would always promote the spirit of solidarity, strive to compete in work, study, contribute to local movements, and participate in protecting national security.

Speaking at the ceremony, Venerable Thach Sok Xane, Chairman of the Association of Patriotic Buddhist Monks and Monks of Tra Vinh province, said that the organization of the Buddha's birthday celebration according to tradition is to commemorate the Buddha's birth, enlightenment and nirvana.
