Da Nang City leaders congratulate Vietnamese Doctors' Day

Kinhtedothi - On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2025), on the morning of February 22, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong visited and congratulated medical units in the city.

At Hospital 199, under the Ministry of Public Security , Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong sent his congratulations to all leaders, doctors, officers and staff of the hospital. Mr. Tran Chi Cuong praised the important contributions of Hospital 199 in medical examination and treatment for police officers and soldiers as well as people of the city and neighboring areas.

The Vice President emphasized: "Hospital 199 has excellently completed its assigned tasks, contributing to improving the quality of health care for the community."

Next, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee visited Da Nang Family General Hospital. Here, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the hospital's outstanding achievements in caring for and protecting people's health. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed: "The private healthcare system, including the Family General Hospital, has been making important contributions to the cause of healthcare for the people of the city".

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong expressed his hope that medical units would continue to promote the results they have achieved, constantly improve service quality and professional qualifications. He emphasized: "The City will always accompany and create favorable conditions for medical facilities to develop, increasingly better meeting the health care needs of the people."

On this occasion, on behalf of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong presented flowers and souvenirs, and sent wishes of health and success to all cadres, doctors and staff of medical units.
