In the 2022 - 2023 school year, Gia Huy was honored by the Van Ban District Youth Union with the title "Brave Hero of a Thousand Good Deeds"; in the 2023 - 2024 school year, he achieved outstanding results in the Small Plan Movement.

This year, 63/63 provinces and cities submitted applications for the Kim Dong Award, with 125 applications being outstanding local Team leaders and Team members.
The Kim Dong Award is a noble award of the Central Youth Union, given annually to team members and team leaders with outstanding achievements in team work and the children's movement.
It is expected that the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of Young Pioneers will organize an award ceremony at the program to celebrate the 83rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers on May 12 at the Hanoi Children's Palace.
