Lao Cai launches special emulation movement towards congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province has just issued a plan to launch a special emulation movement to successfully carry out tasks in the last 6 months of 2025, welcoming the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, towards the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term.

The movement takes place from August 1 to December 31, 2025, with the slogan: "Promoting the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in consolidating the great national unity bloc; solidarity, responsibility, creativity, and emulation to comprehensively complete and exceed the targets and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025".

The emulation content focuses on key tasks, such as: organizing activities to celebrate major holidays and important political events; propagating and mobilizing people to effectively implement socio-economic development goals, ensuring national defense and security, building a strong Party and political system.

In particular, the Fatherland Front at all levels will coordinate to mobilize people to hand over land for the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong high-speed railway project; promote the role of prestigious people, limit the emergence of hot spots and petitions that go beyond the level.

The movement also focuses on supporting people to access digital technology , use online public services, register for electronic identification, traceability stamps, etc.; promote administrative reform supervision, improve people's satisfaction. Along with that, socio-political organizations and front working committees in residential areas will deploy specific projects, tasks, new models, and effective and practical methods to welcome the congress.
