Creative labor is a bright spot in the patriotic emulation movement at Hai Phong Port

In the exciting atmosphere of competition, striving to complete the production and business targets for the first 6 months of 2025, making achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and responding to the theme of Workers' Month 2025: "Vietnamese workers are pioneers entering a new era", on the morning of May 29, 2025, Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company organized a program to thank workers and commend and reward outstanding workers of Hai Phong Port.

Attending the Program were Mr. Le Phan Linh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, leaders of Hai Phong Port: Mr. Pham Hong Minh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Tuong Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Do Anh Tuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, Mr. To Dinh Son - Chairman of the Trade Union and representatives of the Trade Unions of the Corporation, the City Labor Federation, members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Company's Executive Board, members of the Company's Trade Union Executive Board; representatives of leaders - trade unions of branches, centers, affiliated departments and units, one-member LLCs, joint stock companies, companies with controlling capital contributions belonging to Hai Phong Port.

In recent years, the emulation movement of excellent workers and creative workers among Hai Phong Port's staff and workers, initiated and organized by the General Director - Company's Trade Union, has had many positive changes. Trade unions at all levels of the Port have proactively advised the Party Committee, coordinated with the professional organization to organize emulation movements well, many initiatives to improve technical production rationalization, practice kaizen innovation, save costs of raw materials and fuel, the registered and implemented projects have brought about practical results, contributing to the comprehensive completion and exceeding of the annual production and business targets of the entire Company.

To acknowledge and thank the workers of the entire Port for their solidarity, unity, overcoming all difficulties and challenges, competing in creative labor, excellently completing assigned tasks, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of production and business of the unit, enterprise, and Company, the Organizing Committee awarded the Creative Labor Title in 2024 to 14 individuals; commended, rewarded, and awarded Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union to 20 outstanding workers of Hai Phong Port in 2025. The General Director - Trade Union of the Company awarded 51 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of excellent labor, creative labor, striving to become outstanding workers of Hai Phong Port, and at the same time shared encouragement and awarded 29 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, but still trying to rise up and complete assigned tasks.

Also in the program, the Company's Trade Union awarded 24 collectives and 50 individuals from units throughout the Port with outstanding achievements in the movement to build Labor Safety Teams, activities of the Safety and Hygiene Network and Workers' Month 2025.
