People hope to receive compensation soon.

The 220kV Nhon Trach 3 Power Plant - 500kV Long Thanh Transformer Station transmission line project has a total length of 24km, passing through 3 communes: Nhon Trach, Phuoc An and Dai Phuoc. In Nhon Trach commune alone, the project directly affects 307 households with a total land area of 283,700 m². The total value of compensation and support for households in Nhon Trach commune is more than 149 billion VND. According to the announced plan, no household is eligible for resettlement.

Representatives of the Land Fund Development Center, Nhon Trach Branch, answered people's questions.

After hearing the announcement, many households expressed their agreement with the proposed plan and hoped that the authorities would soon implement the payment. At the same time, some other opinions suggested that the locality pay more attention to households in difficult circumstances, heavily affected by the high-voltage power line passing through, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.
In response to the opinions of the households, the representative of the Land Fund Development Center, Nhon Trach Branch, affirmed that they will fully record and review the records and calculation tables to ensure transparency and fairness in the payment process. Questions within the Center's authority will be answered directly at the announcement session. At the same time, opinions beyond the authority will be compiled to report to the Commune People's Committee for timely consideration and resolution. According to the plan, after the compensation and resettlement support plan is appraised, the Nhon Trach Commune People's Committee will issue an official approval decision and proceed with payment to the households.
