New Year's Eve Festival

(Fatherland) - On the morning of October 31, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City (HCMC) coordinated with Vietnam Brand Purpose to hold a press conference to inform about the New Year Festival - City Tet Fest Thu Duc 2025.

Accordingly, the New Year's Festival – City Tet Fest Thu Duc 2025 is a symbolic event of Thu Duc City, celebrating the 4th anniversary of the establishment of Thu Duc City (January 1, 2021 – January 1, 2025); the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2025); and the beginning of a series of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025) in Thu Duc City.

The New Year's Eve celebration – City Tet Fest Thu Duc 2025 – will take place from December 28, 2024 to January 1, 2025 at Saigon Riverfront Park (Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City). City Tet Fest is the first multi-faceted, multi-experience New Year's Eve festival in Ho Chi Minh City, combining culture, community, technology, and sustainability. Designed on a scale and format similar to major festivals worldwide , City Tet Fest promises to become a popular destination for residents of Ho Chi Minh City during the New Year 2025, attracting both domestic and international tourists.

For the first time, the spirit of "community" will be celebrated and enhanced at City Tet Fest - Thu Duc 2025, where communities from all fields will converge to create a vibrant tapestry of Vietnamese culture and vitality, including the artistic and creative community, the Hip-hop community, the X-Game community, the traditional cuisine community, and the Vietnamese agricultural community. In particular, communities practicing sustainable lifestyles will participate, conveying messages about environmental protection and sustainable development through practical activities such as recycling, using eco-friendly materials, and green living.

The fusion of traditional and modern music, of multiple generations of artists, and of Vietnamese and international artists on the same stage promises to create unique and impressive performances.
