LE SSERAFIM reveals salary after 2 years of launch

On February 25, 3 members of Kpop girl group LE SSERAFIM, including Kim Chaewon, Sakura and Kazuha appeared as guests on the popular reality TV show Running Man of SBS.

During his first appearance on Running Man, Yoo Jae Suk praised LE SSERAFIM as a group that debuted not long ago (March 2022, less than 2 years), but because the group has so many hits up to now, it feels like LE SSERAFIM has been active for a long time.

Kazuha - a Japanese idol - revealed that she has just arrived in Korea and started her trainee life for about 2 years. Kazuha is known as the member with the shortest training period in the group LE SSERAFIM. The female idol only spent 3-5 months as a trainee before debuting.

Ji Seok Jin expressed his admiration, "You succeeded right away. You should know that you are really lucky to have come this far in just two years." Ji Seok Jin's reaction led to humorous criticism from the other members of the show.

Yoo Jae Suk joked to Ji Seok Jin, "You should also know that you are really lucky to be on Running Man. Otherwise, you would just stay at home," making the whole studio laugh.

Sakura is also a member from Japan, she said that she has been active as an idol since 2011 in Japan. Up to now, she has 14 years of experience as an idol.

Sakura was a member of Japanese girl group HKT48 and Korean girl group IZ*ONE, before being active in LE SSERAFIM.

“I debuted in 2011, in my first year of middle school,” Sakura said. Yoo Jae Suk was curious about Sakura’s current salary, as she has been active in three different groups.

Yoo Jae Suk asked Sakura, "So do you make a lot of money?". Sakura honestly replied, "I make quite a lot."

Kim Chaewon - a Korean female idol, who was a member of a girl group after IZ*ONE with Sakura, also revealed her current income. Although she did not mention it directly like her group members, Chaewon said: "Life is becoming much more comfortable now."

LE SSERAFIM is a group of Source Music Company (under HYBE Group), debuted in March 2022 with a lineup of 6 members: Kim Garam, Sakura, Kim Chaewon, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha and Hong Eun Chae. After that, Kim Garam left the group due to a school violence scandal.
