Candle lighting ceremony at Son La Prison Martyrs Cemetery

On the evening of April 28, the Provincial Youth Union held a candlelighting ceremony to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the Son La Prison Martyrs Cemetery, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Attending the ceremony were representatives of provincial departments, branches, sectors, unions, military officers and soldiers, and a large number of union members and youth in the city.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates, union members and youth laid wreaths, offered incense and lit candles on the martyrs' graves to express their respect and deep gratitude to those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation and for the happiness of the people.
