Scholarship Award Ceremony "Learning Never Ends" 2026

On May 19th, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning held a scholarship awarding ceremony and launched the "Learning Never Ends" movement for 2026. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Ha Trung Chien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; leaders of several departments and agencies; and 189 outstanding individuals participating in the "Learning Never Ends" movement.

Scholarship awarding ceremony and launch of the "Learning Never Ends" movement.

The "Learning Never Ends" scholarship, launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for the Promotion of Learning, aims to encourage lifelong learning in accordance with President Ho Chi Minh 's ideology, motivate students to overcome difficulties and achieve high academic results, and simultaneously commend individuals who actively engage in self-study and effectively apply their knowledge to labor, production, and work.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a speech at the program.

To date, the province has 742,335 citizens engaged in learning, 244,713 learning families, 1,176 learning clans, 1,974 learning communities, and 902 learning units. Through the movements promoting learning and talent, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning has awarded 1,451 certificates of merit and scholarships to outstanding individuals and groups with a total budget of over 1.1 billion VND; the provincial associations at all levels have also commended and rewarded thousands of outstanding individuals and groups, with a total budget of over 2.5 billion VND.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning presented certificates of commendation to exemplary adults who embody the spirit of "Learning never ends."

At the ceremony, scholarships were awarded to 189 outstanding individuals, including excellent farmers, distinguished teachers, intellectuals, entrepreneurs, outstanding students, and students who won national awards. The total value of the scholarships awarded exceeded 200 million VND.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and leaders of the Department of Education and Training awarded the "Learning Never Ends" scholarship to outstanding students.

Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province and leaders of the Department of Education and Training presented scholarships to individuals at the "Learning Never Ends" Scholarship Award Ceremony in 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that all levels and sectors continue to focus on building a learning society, creating conditions for all citizens to learn, improve their knowledge, and develop comprehensively. At the same time, he urged the promotion and replication of effective learning models, timely recognition of outstanding examples, and encouragement of organizations, businesses, and philanthropists to support the promotion of learning and assist those in difficult circumstances to rise above their circumstances through knowledge.

Delegates presented certificates of merit to those who exemplify the spirit of "Learning never ends."

Immediately after the ceremony, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning launched the "Learning Never Ends" movement for 2026 to officials, Party members, workers, armed forces personnel, and people in localities throughout the province.
