Funeral and condolence book opening ceremony for former President Tran Duc Luong in Hungary

International friends come to pay their respects and sign the condolence book for formerPresident Tran Duc Luong in Hungary.

On May 24 and 25, 2025, the Embassy welcomed representatives of local ministries, foreign diplomatic missions, the Vietnamese community and international friends to visit, sign the condolence book and express condolences to the Party, State and People of Vietnam.

The funeral took place solemnly with the participation of all officials, employees and families of the Vietnamese Embassy in Hungary. Also coming to pay their respects and sign the condolence book in memory of comrade Tran Duc Luong were many overseas Vietnamese and generations of Vietnamese people studying and working here.

In the condolence book, representatives of countries, organizations and individuals in Hungary expressed their infinite sorrow at the passing of former President Tran Duc Luong and sent their deepest condolences to his family, as well as the Party, State and people of Vietnam.

The memorial service and condolence book signing ceremony in memory of comrade Tran Duc Luong will continue until May 25.
