The 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship has 10 participating teams, divided into 3 groups (group A has 4 teams), competing to select the 3 group winners and the second team with the best results to enter the semi-finals.
In Group A, host U23 Indonesia won first place with 7 points after 2 wins and 1 draw.
Similarly in group B, U23 Vietnam leads with 2 wins and 6 points.
In Group C, the leading position belongs to U23 Thailand with 4 points after 1 win and 1 draw.
The remaining team entering the semi-finals as the second-placed team with the best record is U23 Philippines with 6 points after 2 wins and 1 loss.
The two semi-final matches have been determined as follows: U23 Vietnam (first place in Group B) meets U23 Philippines (second place in Group A) and U23 Indonesia (first place in Group A) meets U23 Thailand (first place in Group C).
The first semi-final match between U23 Vietnam and U23 Philippines will take place at 4:00 p.m. on July 25 (Vietnam time).
Immediately after that, the second semi-final match between U23 Indonesia and U23 Thailand will take place at 7:00 p.m. on July 25.
The two semi-finals of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship will be broadcast live on FPT Play and VTV5.
