Schedule of citizen reception of Lao Cai Provincial National Assembly Delegation in 2025

The National Assembly Delegation of Lao Cai province has just announced the schedule for receiving citizens in 2025 at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office as follows:

Pursuant to the Law on Citizen Reception No. 42/2013/QH13 dated November 25, 2013 and Resolution No. 759/2014/UBTVQH13 dated May 15, 2014 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly detailing the citizen reception activities of the National Assembly agencies and National Assembly deputies. The National Assembly Delegation of Lao Cai province organizes citizen reception at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office as follows:

Head of Provincial National Assembly Delegation

Receive citizens once a month at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office along with the regular citizen reception session of the Provincial Party Secretary. The specific time will be advised and announced by the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Deputy Head of Provincial National Assembly Delegation

Receive citizens 1 session/month at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office: 5th of every month, if it falls on a holiday, it will be moved to the next working day.

National Assembly delegates in the delegation

- Full-time National Assembly deputies working at central agencies: receive citizens at the headquarters of the agency where the deputies work.

- Non-professional National Assembly deputies working in the locality: receive citizens at the headquarters of the agency where the deputy works and participate in receiving citizens 1 session/month at the Provincial Citizen Reception Headquarters on the same day as receiving citizens by the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Schedule of citizen reception of the National Assembly Delegation of Lao Cai province,

Based on the schedule for receiving citizens, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation requests the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Provincial Police; Provincial Inspectorate; Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Provincial Citizen Reception Committee; Office of the Provincial Party Committee, Lao Cai City People's Committee; Lao Cai City Inspectorate to assign staff to assist the Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation and provincial National Assembly deputies to receive citizens at the provincial citizen reception office according to the prescribed schedule.

People's Committees of districts, towns and cities arrange schedules for citizen reception at the units' online bridge points on citizen reception days of the Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation and provincial National Assembly deputies to promptly dialogue, handle and grasp citizen cases in the locality.

Agencies and units of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee and the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, according to their functions and tasks, are responsible for participating in receiving citizens according to the citizen reception schedule of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Posting and announcing the citizen reception schedule of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office and on mass media; Preparing facilities, ensuring security and other necessary conditions to serve the citizen reception work on the citizen reception days of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation according to the schedule.
