(Chinhphu.vn) - DANANG INTERNATIONAL FIREWORKS FESTIVAL - DIFF 2024 takes place from June 8 to July 13, 2024 at the fireworks stage on the Han River, with the participation of 8 fireworks teams.

Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2024: Made in Unity - Global Connection - Shining on Five Continents

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has issued a plan to organize the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival - DIFF 2024 with the theme "Made in Unity - Global Connection - Radiant Five Continents". Accordingly, DIFF 2024 is expected to take place from June 8 to July 13, 2024 at the fireworks stage on the Han River. 8 fireworks teams will participate in DIFF 2024, including 7 international teams (France, Italy, USA, Germany, Poland, China, Finland) and the Vietnamese representative team from Da Nang. In particular, DIFF 2024 will witness the participation of 3 rookies from Germany, China and the USA, promising to bring the audience many surprises through eye-catching performances. With the theme "Made in Unity - Global Connection - Radiant Five Continents", DIFF 2024 marks 12 years of organization, achieving many brilliant successes and being loved by friends from five continents. This theme also conveys the message of a peaceful , friendly, humane world and honors values that inspire the community.

The opening night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival will take place on the evening of June 8.

The opening night of DIFF 2024 will take place on the evening of June 8 with the theme "Made of Unique culture - Cultural quintessence" and the opening competition between the Vietnamese team and the reigning champion of DIFF 2023 - France.

The following nights will see the following teams compete:

Italy - USA ( June 15 ) (Made of Nature wisdom – Natural masterpiece).

Germany - Poland ( June 22 ) (Made of Love inspiration - Miraculous love).

China - Finland ( June 29 ) (Made of Fairy tales - Fairy world ) and

The final night took place on July 13 with the name "Made of Young generation - Future heartbeat".

As usual, the artillery teams will have 20-22 minutes to perform.

In each competition night, each team will have 20 minutes to show off their fireworks performances combined with music to express the meaning of the competition theme. After 4 competition nights, the 2 teams with the highest scores will be selected to compete in the final night.

The champion team will receive 20,000 USD, a trophy and a certificate. This year, the champion team will receive 20,000 USD, a trophy and a certificate. The most recent event in the summer of 2023, DIFF has become a magnet attracting visitors to Da Nang, helping the tourism industry of the Han River city make a spectacular breakthrough after COVID-19.
